Using SysTools Outlook to Notes software, you can convert configured PST files as well as orphan PST files. Following are the two ways that you can explore as per your need:

Convert Configured Outlook PST File | Configure Other or Orphan PST File

Convert Configured Outlook PST File

First you obviously need to open the software. Go to Programs » SysTools Outlook to Notes

Following screen will show up:

Two options will come, 1) Convert configured Outlook Mailboxes 2) Convert other PST file

By default, ‘Convert configured Outlook Mailboxes’ is selected. You can select either of the two options. If you select, ‘Convert configured Outlook Mailboxes,’ then read ahead to proceed. Instead go to “Convert Other PST File

After selecting, click ‘Export Mailbox button’

Select a mailbox to preview from the drop down list. After selection, all the Outlook items will be displayed:

Click on the check boxes to select the items you require to convert. By default, all folders are selected by the software. But, you have the ability to choose the files you want to convert by Checking/Unchecking the items. After that click ‘Start Conversion’ button. It will ask you the location where you want to save the final converted PST files. Following screen will come:

Enter PST file name that you want to keep and click ‘Export Mailbox’ button to proceed with the conversion.

 

Convert Other PST File

Follow these easy steps and quickly solve your email migration problem.

Open SysTools Outlook to Notes Software. For this, you need to go to Programs » SysTools Outlook to Notes

Software will display this screen

After that, select "Convert Other PST File" and click on the "Browse Button" to locate and select orphan PST files as follows:

Select the orphan PST files and click “Open”.  >> Then click on “Export Mailbox Button” as follows:

The software will show all the items there in the selected PST file as follows:

Make the selection and click on “Start Conversion Button” to convert PST to NSF.

Software will ask you the location to save converted PST files. Select location. Then it will ask file name that you want to enter.

Enter the name of converted PST file as per your requirements. Then click “Export Mailbox Button” to convert PST to NSF.
